The ESRB ratings are just recommendations. It's not illegal for 12 and under to play. Instead of obsessing over reporting kids 12 and under you should go actually play the game or go outside and play some sports or have and enjoy a life.

This is all parent discretion, if a parent lets a kid play an m game it is legal. Thinking that bungie would ban a bug part of their player base for something as stupid as this is impossible. Get a brain plz 😛

Well it is a game. If you take it beyond that everything else falls under your own mentality .

The rating is an ADVISORY, not a law. If parents feel their kids are mature enough to play this, the there is nothing stopping them. You can file complaints under the Xbox Live/PSN system, but they are doing nothing wrong by just playing the game.

I play with my kids, all games/movies all the time. If misguided extremists didn't make this believable I'd assume it was a farce. They suck too much to do crucible or other group activities . That's my only restriction because it affects other people. They need exposure and related mentoring so they don't turn out bent.
