Vagetarianism is fantastic, veganism is just silly and unhealthy. Unless there's a medical reason that requires you be vegan or you just get beyond grossed out by consuming ANYTHING that comes from an animal you should NOT be vegan. You'd have to eat about seven pounds worth of food a day to get all of the nutrition you need.

  • There's a guy on YouTube by the name of vegan gains that's actually a body builder, also plant based lives are healthier (if done right obviously) there's also less chance of colon and heart problems because diary and red meat are actually bad for you. I lost a lot of weight after turning vegan, I exercise a lot now and have the energy to do so too, I use to be too tired and lazy tbh. I eat high carb, and tons of fruit, I don't even need caffeine anymore for my daily routine, it's been a great feeling being healthier than I've ever been. My doctor has no concerns and my blood pressure has gone down too!

I'm a vagetarian bodybuilder. Dairy products aren't at all bad for you in moderation. They're high in good fats and protein as well as vitamin D and calcium. I'm sure the person you mentioned eats many pounds of food daily as I mentioned, but most people would struggle massively doing so. It CAN be done, it's just a lot of dedication. Too much fruit is actually bad as well.

  • Do you mean vegetarian? Because all I'm reading is you're a muff lovin lady pleasing, gettin down kind of man, if so, I'm with Ya. And it's a high carb diet, also people can be healthy fruititarians, the natural sugars in fruits break down much better than refined cane sugar, plus the fiber man, the fiber
