Do my best to plant messages and thoughts in their brain so that when they regain control of themself they will have those thoughts stored there to influence actions.

You don't know their memories and you can't implant stuff in their head You only have to the bear bear essential of her life. Things like the her family members names. Just leave a not or something lol
