1. Season pass didn't advertise a raid in HoW. That's has literally been proven many times. If necessary I can find the photo yet again. 2. No one who spent a little time actually taking about it actually believed there was going to be a free raid before comet (now The Taken King). They told us that PoE was the end game activity for HoW.
