Yup, we are definitely going to kill the traveller in the first game in a 10 year franchise revolving around the traveller. Fool proof.

I think around late Destiny 2 or even in Destiny 3 it'll be revealed the Traveler is actually evil, and then it'll be killable

It will be killed in Destiny 4 if at all. We probably wont hear at all about the traveller being evil at all except vaguely in the grimoire talking about an evil who deceived the good in ghost fragment mystery or something. Seriously there is more information in the grimoire than in the bible right now, i hate when people say this game has no story. This is if at all btw, i don't believe the traveller is evil, i think it is just extremely selfish, using us to kill off all the dark forces while it heals.
