Come on. People who are playing now have played through both dlc's. Why would they not offer an incentive for new players?
Look at it like this. Seasoned players who buy the collectors edition aren't paying extra for the dlc's. They are paying extra for the emotes and nerdy stuff in the box.
To me it's worth it.

I'm not saying it's not worth it. I'd buy it if I didn't already have the game and first two dlc's. I'm just saying it's not a fair deal to their loyal fan base. I'm going to buy the new dlc anyway, but for new players to get the game at $20 the new dlc at $40 and everything in between and the extra stuff for free pretty much is not balanced.
