They said there would be a new raid after HoW later in the year with the next release. TTK is the next release and it has a raid, just as promised. Why would anyone expect an extra raid in between now and then when there was never one promised?

Are you kidding me? I bought the season pass that promised TWO raids. TTK will have a raid but will have to be purchased. HoW was first promised with a raid, if we don't end up getting one many people will be extremely upset.

Between TDB and HoW release, not once was a raid mentioned or promised by Bungie. Players just expected it. Early data mined info even explained a horde type of mode with only speculations of a raid that was never discovered in any form.

Reading the actual text there is no use of the words "two raids" whatsoever. You have also not proven the source or date of the image you're using to justify your argument. And there aren't any other marketing materials during or after that one image to ever surface mentioning 2 raids. Secondly, read the goddamn ToS. They can change content at will. Always could and always will have that option. Promise or not.
