Hello, When I first purchased Destiny I did so digitally on my 360 while the upgrade promotion was running. In the alloted time I downloaded my Xbox One copy as well as the season pass. The fact that I did this is rendering the Pre-Order for The Taken King from the Xbox Store Unavailable not just for me, but for everyone else who followed this same route. After a half hour phone conversation with Xbox Support, they had no idea as to the issue and told me to follow up with Bungie. They also wished to hear back from me regarding what any possible solution was due to the amount of people having this issue. Immediate reply would be sincerely appreciated.
