This is my issue also. I get the fact that Bungie needs money to maintain their viability but why wouldn't they offer those goodies to the folks that have been supporting them through all of the bad reviews and technical glitches? Customer loyalty over the long term is a very valuable commodity. Greedy, shortsighted decision Bungie.
