Season pass sales are different. Standalone dlc always stays the same. And titan fall is hardly close to being the same kind of game as it is only multiplayer stuff. Skyrim/borderlands/halo. And many many more all have dlc. That has been the same price since it came out. Guaranteed when the goty comes out. Both house of wolves and dark below will still be 20 dollars stand alone.
