The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced it's Ir Yut. Her dual-meaning is the care of Crotas crystal, which involves keeping someone alive, while killing all those who interfere. Her deathsong is a duality, killing all who hear it but herself, and she was MADE into the deathsinger by Crota, extinguishing her past self. That's the best I got.
