For those of us that have been playing Destiny since the beginning, we are able to purchase The Taken King for $39.99, and based on The Taken King's page, we will get a "[i]Founder's Fortune Year 1 Emblem, Sparrow, Armor Shader, and more at launch with [our] purchase of The Taken King[/i]". My question is this: when the page says "[i]and more[/i]", does this include the Three Class Specific Emotes, Shaders, and Exotic Class Items available with the Collector's Edition? As a Destiny fan from day one, it is my belief that players who have been playing the game from the very beginning should not have to purchase a bran new copy of Destiny for $79.99 just to get the three Emotes, Shaders, and Exotic Class Items available with the Collector's Edition. The Digital Content available with the Collector's Edition is content that any loyal Destiny fan would love to get their hands on, but do the players that have already put in money and countless hours into the original game really have to buy the game again to get the Digital Content that they rightful deserve for being loyal fans? If at all possible, I would like to see replies to this question from anyone who actually works at Bungie, but personal thoughts about the topic from anyone else are welcome as well.
