Video confirms the perk is working fine apparently. YDeej bluntly said in the last weekly update that a timer of 10 seconds was placed on the perk. It is no different then the titan shoulder charge getting a cooldown or excessive use.
Sorry you feel cheated, but the rest of the community has been continuing to get along fine with others.

So I agree there was a big problem with the perk, but they should take the cool down away and then make it that only when you get a kill you get the bonus. Instead of just grenade hits. Grenades already have a cool downs. So if they correct the grenade hits problem then you shouldn't be able to exploit it. I hope they readdress how they fixed this exploit.

You don't comprehend about the perk, obviously... Read the perk. Then tell me that it works after doing less damage than GREEN ARMOR does.

I completely understand the perk. Ashes to asset helps replenish Super energy when you kill an enemy with a grenade. This means that for a grenade kill, you get 7% of your super energy back. Take a look at the Titan skill tree for Strikers. See the perk called Amplify? Does the same effect for 7% off of a melee instead. This combined with a few legendary armor pieces (melee kills reduce grenade cooldown. An armor perk found in all class armor possibilities) means you get to have the same rough equivalant and yours is the grenade. So no. I get the perk. You do not.
