Yes I agree with what you said. Fix it. But only for PvP and leave it alone in PvE. Edit: To take it even further for a reason to have kept it for PvE which I did this with my warlock friends.. if I had my super already but my warlock novabombing friend just used his, I would just throw my swarm and let him use his scatter on it to blow them up because it worked like that too in PvE. He would use his quintessence perk. So Hunters could actaully help their friends get their supers and be a support class. No longer.
