No. I tested it earlier. Landed a tripmine grenade on a guy and no extra super energy. So they tried to fix it and broke it worse. Flame me if you want. I main a hunter and agree they shouldn't have stacked but now it's a useless perk.

Even though i agree with you it sucks, if your using gear for the perks i want the perks to work. I would rather have that, than the broken amount of Golden Guns around though. Think of this as the Hive Disruptor perk it doesnt work till it is correctly fixed.
