You get a small boost with or without the perk on. So what are you talking about???

So if you get a small boost with or without why did you say the perk does absolutely nothing now?

You get maybe 2% boost without the perk. Same goes with wearing green armor, just 2% boost to your super. Now, with the Ashes to Asset you only get a 2% boost. So, it is broken. I posted a video
