I disagree. The cool down is unnecessary. They could have just fixed the perk so that it worked as described, rather than changing the way the perk works.
Quintessence transfer was working perfectly, even with scatter (the warlock equivalent of swarm grenade). I guess Bungie is unaware of the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" mindset. They seem to be more of the "If it's working fine, break it for no reason" mindset. Smh...
Even with nothing manacles, you generally only get 1-2 kills, 3 max. With 2 grenades and 3 kills each (6 "extra super energy"), that's still not even close to a full super.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
