Doesn't really matter. It's PvE regardless of the reasons why people want it nerfed. Plus, there are plenty of Gally owners that do realize it's a bit over powered as well.

Yeah, don't call for nerfs though, and no, a pve player is playing pvp, it's pvp.... No two ways about it.
