Can't believe it was such a well kept secret for that long of a time! I don't really think the 10 second cooldown was necessary though, just prevent it from occurring on hits.

Quick fix I would image the real fix is more complicated being that it has to do with order of operations much like the issues with losing heavy ammo bug.

How does the 10 second cooldown affect anything? Even with max discipline you can't throw another grenade for at least 30 seconds. Exception being warlocks with a 2nd grenade ready to go or a Titan with armamentarium.
