As an ex warcraft gamer, never using the r3's before i find it sooooo slow. I know for a fact with a mouse and keyboard the response and movement time will be milliseconds compared to slow analogue. But to answer yes there is a usb set u can buy for like £70 or so that is pretty much plug and play. Most serious gamers tend to run it i think
