You are so dumb. I for one, do not buy my weapons from Xur but that doesnt mean you earn them. Earning them would imply that you worked through something very hard with the gauruntee of getting a exotic. The "Xurners" work alot harder than you. They do heroics. Which is a semi hard thing that gauruntees loot. They use that loot to purchase the only things available. You need to learn the meaning of the word "earn," young one.
