After over 270 hours I still have not Got Gjallarhorn!!! Have any suggestions for getting it?

Do all raids on normal and hard. Do nightfall, and stop thinking about getting one. It sounds like a joke, but you'll be less frustrated when you stop focusing on it dropping.
