Another Riddle
Riddles seem to be popular so I'm throwing in my own.

Darkoverlord99 has gotten the correct answer, "Cyclops." In the grimoire it explains how the cyclops is a stationary weapon without any senses. When you shoot at it it goes crazy (afraid) and it only shows up with a big mob of vex.
