Edited by Haruspis: 6/13/2015 9:15:46 PMYes, but when the Halos were fired Mendicant was fragmented and had one part of him imprisoned on the Ark. He had his processes locked to achieve one purpose: atonement. I'd recommend reading Halo 3's Terminals.
