As far as I know, you can't. It's an invisible stat, like Recoil (direction), Bullet Magnetism, Ready Speed, etc. Planet Destiny has a database that can show the AA of all weapons. Even line them up from best to worst by weapon type. It's a good place to do research on the kind of rifle you might be looking for.
