half the battle is getting a good sniper - roll your sniper to get great perks, I rolled mine yesterday 120 times and it's still not perfect, shortgaze scope for aim assist, hidden hand for bigger heads, snapshot for fast aim etc then find some good corridors and doorways to hard scope, there are plenty of numpties in this game to take advantage of :D
