Its not a pointless grammar correction. I didn't point out his lack of commas and periods and other stuff those are useless corrections. I'm pointing out his lack of using the correct term. Its up to the author of anything to make sure they use the correct terms to convey what they are trying to say in a logical and easily understandable way. Your and you're are two different words with two different meanings. They cannot be used interchangeably

Yes it was pointless. Did he give any -blam!-s? Nope! There for it was pointless and you made yourself look like a teachers pet.

A teachers pet? No child, people using incorrect words make themselves look like idiots. I told him I agree with him he just needs to learn the difference between the two words. He took offense instead of realizing he made a mistake, like a child. Constructive criticism. Shit, if you can take a dick you can take some criticism

I am not offended lol, you're being a grammar n@zi on the internet. The whole basis of you're argument implied people wouldn't understand me because I didn't use the correct words when in fact my lazy incorrect usage of your/you're had no impact on anyones' understanding. Claim: No one understood me, because of the wrong usage of your/you're. Reality: Everyone understood me fine, including you. What have we learned:Your claim is false, everyone understood me.
