Variks is a Dreg?! Not a Vandal?
Reading through the defeat and death of Skolas in Grimoire cards, it states that Variks wears a mask and that he would trade his docking caps over and over, and he mentions about being weak and never being strong like guardians or Kell.
Is Variks a Dreg and not a Vandal? So he dresses up like a Vandal for... reasons?

2 Repliesit seems at least that only the bottom arms can regrow or he suffered a injury to his top arms that made them imposible to regrow. but only difference between each enemy aka vandals dregs captains ect is 1. how many arms they have and 2. the amount of ether ration they get. the more ether they get the bigger they become.
