My Factions are BROKEN!!!!!

WATCH THE VIDEO BEFORE READING LINK IS ABOVE: this happened at the start of this month. I have re-downloaded the 26GB digital guardian edition again and still this i happening. i am certain is a problem my account and i hope BUNGIE can fix this issue.
