Das Efx was always one of my favorites.
I would also add Fu-Schnickens (not the shit they did with Shaq though), Lords of the Underground, Digital Underground, Black Sheep, Big Daddy Kane, and Cypress Hill.
Oh, and gotta throw Missy Elliot in there for the ladies.
