  • Young thug makes good songs. But he doesn't have the right people around him to tell him which songs to put out and keep. Releases a good song with a bad song every time

  • Try out MJG&8 Ball or 5th Ward Boys. You'll like them I bet if you like real gangsta rap.

  • But I don't like Gangsta rap. If you listen to drake " if your reading this its too late" that's the type of music I like. Some can be soft and smooth, others can be different like "energy" and "6 man"the

  • This list is what I hate about rap. Every one of them I can sum up all their music in one sentence. I -blam!- your girl while high on a shitload of weed in my lambo on my way the club where I got drunk as hell. That's it. All the songs. We get it we get. Now shut up and go away.

  • Ok listen to J Coles music. More specially cole summer or stay. It's more than -blam!-ing your girl while high. They talk about what happens in there life. It's less gang related killing people to drinking, smoking women. When I was in college for my freshmen year I fcuked the star basketball players girl... There both juniors and I'm a freshmen. Sure I'm the star football player but that's not the point

It's funny... The youth of today in my opinion, being a teenager (I'm 15), do not think Drake is the best rapper. Most teenagers that aren't obsessed with cussing, séx, money or fame take the mentally stable route and say, "huh, rap is just a guy talking into a mic about all the shît he has, and how much séx he gets..." That being said, I don't listen to rap. I don't listen to dub step, or EDM or country or anything like that. I listen to alt rock and rock and roll. Rap just... It's not entertaining. It's there for the people that take after them and get into "flaming contests" with people at school. I don't know one person over the age of 30 that listens to rap on a regular basis. Just my two cents... P.S. Here come the hate comments talking about how I don't know jack shît about music, and my opinion isn't valid since I'm 15. P.P.S. I respect rappers. Ok let me rephrase that. I respect SOME rappers. The old ones. The ones who actually made the genre.

You say you don't listen to hip-hop and then make a post acting you know all there is to know about the genre... It's that kind of attitude that spreads this unfortunately terrible stigma attached to rap music. Not listening to rap beyond the age of 30? That has to be a joke. I'm bringing my kid up on true hip-hop and I will be buried to a hip-hop track. Finally, touching on your point about rap from back in the day... New does not equal bad. The only thing your comment deserves hate for is its blind assumptions and conceited attitude.

  • Rap isn't about cussing, sex, money, fame. Sure it may come up a lot but rap is all about how relatable it is.

You did not just say that. Yes. Everyone has lots of money. Everyone can fûck who ever they want cuz they're also super famous. Everyone can do what ever the FÛCK they want because no one gives a SHÎT when they do something stupid. They only "relatable" rap song would be one that goes a little like... "I wish I was a little bit taller I wish I was a baller I wish I had a girl who looked good, I would call her I wish I had a rabbit in a hat with a bat, and a six four Impala." By Skee-Lo, all rights to him. Oh yeah, he's also an old rapper.
