A couple of Vex "adjustments" and a nerf. A fair amount of AR nerfs, the last was pretty uncalled for. Nerfs to special and heavy ammo drops and carry amount. Nerfs to perks like Armour piercing rds. Even shotgun range and follow up head shots for HCs were given nerfs for PvP. All of these put us in the situation that we are in now. The real ironic thing is that some ppl complain about weapons not requiring skill, complain about perceived unfair advantages. Then go and want a way to award "elite skilled" players. In my opinion "elite skilled" players don't need to complain. They over come obstacles and are confident in the ability to adapt. I always said that this is how you gain and earn respect in everything you do. Kids throw tantrums when they are unable to get what they want. Most of the nerf posts fit that mold in my opinion.
