Deter someone from speaking their mind on a topic which you don't happen to agree with? Lol Tell you what, when you're finished "deterring", they need a leader in Iraq. You know, someone to 'deter' people from expressing their opinions on something e.g. they paid for. Last guy had all the qualifications but just didn't work out.
