So it's overpowered on paper and the general consensus is that it's overused and OP in game.
You can dress your post up all you want, but it doesn't change the facts. It needs rebalancing, simple as that.

There's a consensus in a lot of posts that complain about things. That's a given. One does not take a tech support job and expect a call that everything's working perfectly. Just being the devils' advocate. I personally believe I shouldn't get the range I get out of Thorn, but that's only my opinion.
