Should accounts that get caught cheating have permanent marks on them?

Yes, give them a mark of shame.

No, all is forgiven once the ban is over.

Make them permanently vulnerable to friendly fire.

I was playing some Crucible this morning and saw someone using the old Jacolytes consumable from Halloween. I started playing in January, so I had to look up what it was. Before that though, I thought it might be a bad thing, which gave me an idea for these ToO/IB cheaters: If an account is caught cheating, should their character have a permanent (even after their ban expires) effect on them in PvP games? I was just thinking something like radiance but with stink lines, but if you have better ideas feel free to post them.

 • I honestly think if you get banned for cheating in pvp that you should be perma banned. as in they can never play destiny ever again. The disc would become a coster for them. Cheating in pvp for most games isn't taken seriously enough. I honestly think if you get caught cheating in any multiplayer game that they should get IP banned. Fun fact if you got caught online with a modded xbox (original) they would send a code to your console that killed the system effectively. Maybe that should start happening again.
