Temporarily restricted?
A buddy of mine got a "temporary restriction" for doing the cheap tactic where you leave the game by switching characters in orbit if the people look like they're going to win in ToO. Now I have to wait for his time to be over, but does anyone know how long it lasts? I'd like to play with him before he has to go back to work ASAP.

7 RepliesIt's not too bad. Typically the ban only lasts 3 months. When the ban lifts so does all the ToO DLC gear you won and your exotics, meaning you loose all that gear. Now they are retroactively banning too. So if your game play history shows that you have lag switched or backed out in orbit more than 7 times you will get banned. www.bungie/ToO/ban/forever/becauseyoucheat.fu
