You can find scarab-like beetles around a specific rock on Mars. You can survive over deep water if you are on a sparrow. Sparrows beep when you go backwards. Clicking to boost on a sparrow right before you go off a ramp will allow you to go much further than boosting before the ramp. If a thrall dies and it's body does not despawn for some reason, it's neck will stretch out. If you stand in the first crack of the bridge on Crota's End, you can fall through it. There are large black flying insects with a red butt on Venus near the ember caves. (Kind of like large fireflies) You can kill/injure yourself by shooting your foot while standing in water. If you launch a grenade out of a heavy pike and it goes off a cliff, it will launch back up then explode.
