If they Nerf thorn I'm worried it would kill the gun completely. I'm happy with it right now. Thorn tlw red death vex and even suros are used in crucible a lot. If thorn was really so op why do we continue to see people using these other guns. Thorn is only op in the right hands and any thorn user can switch to tlw and still make kids cry every game because handcannons reward skill that's why they feel op.

I rarely see any exotics other than thorn or the last word in the crucible, red death sometimes makes an appearance but that's still not too often. Why do you think it is that so many people use these same guns? They outclass all other weapons and are incredibly easy to use, especially thorn. You don't even need to necessarily be good at the game to do good with thorn, most of the time you can just hide after getting a few shots in and let the poison do the work for you.

Thorn and the last word might be used most but I see a lot of other guns as well. You might think they are easy to use but I've 5-0 full teams with thorn in trials. The weapon isn't the only thing that makes a player good.

Standard crucible is a bit different than trials though. Trials is more team based and requires some knowledge of the map and it's key areas unlike the crucible where all you really need to rely on is your guns. The trials shows who is good and who is bad, who relies on cheap tactics to win and who doesn't need them.
