This post is so true. I used last word for a long time in crucible, then I switched to pulses and my pre HoW Red Hand IX. And I still beat Thorn. I still best TLW. Obviously, in a 1v1 with someone of equal skill and I can't reach cover, I'm probably going to lose. But that rarely happens. It's skill, as you said, and not the gun.
