The more I think about it, the more I agree: the 25-32% are the people the actually play crucible. While I don't think the Thorn needs nerfed in and of itself, the DoT needs to stop when the user dies. That's it. Problem solved. The range is irritating, but totally manageable. The two headshot factor is also manageable. Three body shots is fine. DoT after you drop the guy using the gun? That's aggravating.
