Why don't they? They are clearly providing entertainment to people in some way shape or form. Do comedians not deserve pay either? All they do is tell jokes on a stage. They're doing there thing and to say they don't deserve to get paid for providing a form of entertainment is just ignorant.

If people start watching others play video games at the same level they do things like the NBA and NFL, then you'd be correct. They don't, though. The reason people don't watch others play video games at the same level, and never will, are the things people are pointing out to you.
