Everything you listed doesn't make you exempt from being an asshole. I know plenty of people that have the same things and are totally dbags regardless. Also to your edit: I wasn't being an asshole actually. I was calling him out on something he said that was inappropriate to say, and gave him a chance to own up to it. But being an ahole that he was being at the time, he perma banned me. Not that it matters, because of all the times I've watched his stream, that was the first and only time I've ever typed something in his chat. Because what he said compelled me to say something.
