Anytime I use my thorn it becomes easy mode in Crucible.
It:
1. Finishes my sloppy shooting (sarcasm lol as I am pretty accurate with headshots) with its DoT effect
2. Its damage drop off from across the map is laughable (non-existent)
3. Allows me to track my wounded opponent for a short period of time
4. Head shots + DoT = 2 - 3 hit kills
Although I am against nerfs this weapon outclasses all of the OP predecessors by a long shot (figuratively and literally XD).

Suros was far worse than thorn.

The tracking through walls is huge. No other gun gives you that.

The DOT is simply the worst thing about it. If you were to remove the DOT, problem solved. Keep it simple stupid. :)

If you remove the dot it's a legendary hand cannon with good range. It is now the least powerful of the three exotic handcannons if you make it 3 shot
