What's easier?:
using the toggles on a console controller to aim in the direction you want to.
Placing a mouse cursor over someone's head and firing a few times

Ahh I used a runescape bot back in the day and it would click/select something instantly like that?

I play PC and console, just find it easier to aim with a PC, it's a much more direct control of where the cursor is.
