Variks appears with exclamation appears exotic weapons to choose from but I can not select them as the figure did not come to me
Help when killed skollas did not show any prize, but when I went in the reef variks was the exclamation mark and informed that I should choose between 3 exotic weapons, but I do not you select them.

I've been having the same problem. On one of the patch notes it says that you need to kill skolas again for a supposed guaranteed drop, but so far, I haven't had any luck. I've gone through it around three times, but it still hasn't given me the bounty, nor will it let me choose the exotic.
