Buffs and nerfs are still happening because they are trying to achieve balance, and trust me, they don't give a damn how hard you worked for that -blam!-ing sniper that took 150 marksman medals just do that you could lay your hands on the most average sniper in the entire -blam!-ing game that at long ranges takes two -blam!-ing headshots to kill!
