Hahaha he is the best. He has the most PvP experience and was ranked #2 in combined leaderboards in destinytracker. He was on #1 for weeks but for a strange reason a guy called "Everyshot" was on #1 yesterday.

Im refering to skill. He is faaar from number one spot. Do you know destinytracker keeps track who plays the most. Not who is number one skill wise. Hope this helps.
