So this just happened an hour ago. We completed the level 35 PoE. Elder Ciphers drop for everyone but me. I'm too tired to care at this point -had to do Skolas legit and it took a while. As we head off into orbit, one of the guys on my fireteam reveals he got TWO elder ciphers from that run. We reach the reef and I have the green notification indicator on Skolas. He's offering me the exotics but pressing 'X' yields no effect. I cannot accept/complete the bounties. I had no empty bounty slots when we killed Skolas, but I read that nuisance got fixed in a patch. What is to become of this? Tried logging in and out, Skolas still offers the bounties but I can't accept. Please help.
