I can hit a headshot as fast or faster than most can get their dirty final round off so who cares. Honestly using final round makes you a worse sniper by getting you in the habit of taking cheap shots so why would anyone downgrade theirselves like that? But you didn't really abuse the final round so your are legit, no worries.
