HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN
I did Crota's End two days ago and got the "Fang of Ir Yut and got the Deathsinger's Herald. I didn't have a problem with that. My problem is that today (weekly reset), I GOT THE EXACT SAME THINGS. Also, yesterday I got Atheon's Epilogue, only problem is, I had it equipped already. Bungie, please fix this issue.

That's the way the game works. Rewards are random. I've probably gotten a dozen fang of ir yuts and the game just loves to give me found verdicts and universal remotes.
